A clear price before we start. A diagnostic fee applies to every visit and is credited toward the repair once you approve the work. You hear the number out loud, and nothing gets opened up until you say go.
Parts for the brands people actually own. Our trucks carry parts for Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, Maytag, GE, Kenmore, Speed Queen, Bosch, Electrolux, and Frigidaire, covering both top load and front load machines.
What We Stand Behind
We tell you what the repair covers and for how long before you sign off, parts and labor both. If the same issue comes back within the coverage window, we return and make it right.
