What to Do While You Wait

The part is ordered and the return visit is scheduled before the technician leaves your address.

A second situation is a repair that requires more time than the remaining schedule allows — a drum bearing replacement, for example, that takes two to three hours on certain front-load models. If that repair cannot be finished within the appointment window, we complete the diagnostic, give you a firm price, and schedule the repair work for the next available slot, often the following morning. In either case, you pay the diagnostic fee for the first visit and the repair cost is quoted and confirmed before any additional work begins.
